What is the Work Ready Program?
The Work Ready Program is how we provide NDIS supported employment. We help you find and keep a suitable job: we get to know the work you'd like, find a suitable role in a location that works for you, and stay with you once you've started. We provide this support where it is covered by your plan.
What happens after you book a free chat
- Book your free chat. Send the form or call 1800 845 233. You can book for yourself, for someone you support, or as their support coordinator.
- Talk through your goals and your plan. We listen to what kind of work you'd like, look at your plan with you and answer your questions about roles, hours and support.
- Decide on your next step. If supported employment suits your goals and it is covered by your plan, we work through the next steps with you. The decisions stay yours.
How we work with you
Every service we offer follows four principles:
- Analysis: thorough assessment of participant needs.
- Listening
- Support: responsive and accountable.
- Capacity: building capabilities through coaching frameworks.
Who NDIS supported employment is for
- NDIS participants who have a work goal in their plan, or who want to add one at their next plan review.
- Families and carers who hold a plan with someone and are planning the next step.
- Support coordinators and plan managers with a participant whose plan includes an employment goal. The same form works for a referral.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as Disability Employment Services?
They are two separate things. Disability Employment Services was an Australian Government program, and the Department of Social Services says its successor, Inclusive Employment Australia, "replaced the Disability Employment Services (DES) program on 1 November 2025". Our supported employment is an NDIS support, provided by us as an NDIS registered provider. If you want to know how the two programs fit together for you, we'll talk it through in your free chat.
