What is a psychosocial recovery coach?
A psychosocial recovery coach works alongside a person with psychosocial disability on their goals and the services around them. The NDIS page What is a recovery coach puts it this way: "A recovery coach is an NDIS-funded worker. They help participants with psychosocial disability in their recovery journey." With us, that means moving at your pace, with judgement-free support, and help to navigate mental health services and NDIS systems, from our team in Narre Warren.

Who recovery coaching is for
You're the participant. The urgent help has wound down, and the days haven't found their shape again yet. You'd like one person to work with: someone who listens first, takes you at your word and goes at your pace.
You hold the plan for someone else. You look after the NDIS plan for an adult family member, there's a recovery coaching line to put to use, and you want a provider who works closely with the family.
You refer participants. Support coordinators, plan managers and allied health teams can refer through our contact page or on 1800 845 233. Include the plan's goals and the review date.
